This session will be a Girls Only training program that will run two days per week. The sessions will be ran on Monday and Wednesday from 7-830pm. (Days and Times may shift in the month of April. Our focus will be chain wrestling the basic techniques together and building solid training habits. Cost is $450 for March-May.
