This will be a 2 month training session that'll cover all 3 styles of wrestling. Wrestlers will be preparing for freestyle/greco states, Tournament of Champions and Reno Nationals.
Coach Palmer will be running the Tuesday training sessions. Tuesdays will be Takedowns to Turns for the majority with Freestyle turns incorporated on top.
Sergei Kaitev will be running the Thursday training sessions. Thursdays will be upper body, throws and front headlocks.
Sessions will be Tuesday/Thursday from 6:30-8pm.
