This is an All-Girls Training Camp that will cover folkstyle and freestyle. Coach Palmer will be teaching Setups to Chain Wrestling and Taryn Martin will be covering freestyle turns. There will be a mix of styles of wrestling due to Girls getting ready for Tournament of Champions as well as USA Wrestling Women's National Championships.
Saturday Sessions: 9-11am (Coach Palmer) and 12-2pm (Taryn Martin)
